Kyle Welcher
2023 Bassmaster Angler of the Year, known for his consistent top-tier performances and remarkable achievement of 7 top 25 placements in the 2023 Bassmaster Elite Series. Welcher’s finesse and skill are set to elevate iKon Boats’ competitive edge further.
Kyle Welcher has made a significant impact in the world of bass fishing in a relatively short time. Welcher’s career highlights include a10th place finish in the Angler of the Year (AOY) standings in 2020 and achieved four Top 20 finishes in 2021.
Hunter Shyrock
Hunter Shryock has established himself as a formidable competitor in the world of bass fishing over his four-year career as a full-time professional angler. Hunter has achieved seven Top 10 finishes with B.A.S.S., highlighting his skill and consistency in the sport. One of his notable performances was finishing eighth at the 2021 Guaranteed Rate Bassmaster Elite at the Tennessee River.
Hunter Shryock is now a part of the iKon Boats Pro Staff. This association with iKon Boats, known for their quality and performance in the boating industry, aligns with his professional ethos and commitment to excellence in bass fishing.
Joe Thomas
Joe Thomas, often referred to as the Bob Ueker of bass fishing, boasts an impressive career in the sport. With over 25 years of experience in both the Bassmasters and FLW circuits, his career is highlighted by a significant All-American victory in 1990, where he earned one of the sport’s first $100,000 checks.
Thomas has seamlessly transitioned into television, where he serves as the play-by-play commentator for Ultimate Match Fishing. Additionally, he hosts the widely praised show Stihl’s Reel in the Outdoors on the Outdoor Channel. Joe Thomas is now involved with the iKon Boats Tailgate Tour.
Christian Greico
At just 23 years old, Greico is among the younger professionals in the field, and he looks forward to a long and successful career. His debut season in 2022 was marked by his first professional tournament win, setting the stage for many more victories.
His career statistics are impressive, with 2 career wins, 12 top 10 finishes, and participation in 42 events, earning him total winnings of $141,058. Christian Greico’s involvement with Major League Fishing and now with the iKon Boats Tailgate Tour highlights his rising prominence in the world of bass fishing.
