I agree to the following terms:

I am the owner of an iKon boat and I will meet all qualifications and guidelines spelled out on contingency program page on iKon Boats website, while participating in program qualifying events.
I will meet the clothing and boat branding requirements during competition and at weigh-in events.
I will return this registration form along with appropriate registration fee ($49.99 or $99.99) and proof of ownership (copy of Bill of Sale or State Registration) prior to competing in any event.
I understand that payment of qualified claims will be made within 45 days of online claim submission.
I understand that iKon Boats will file a form 1099, conforming with IRS rules, for any cash paid to Contingency program winners.
By participating in iKon Boats Winners-Win Contingency Program, I consent to iKon Boats using my name, photographs, and or likeness for marketing, advertising, or publicity purposes with no further consent or compensation required.
Final Winners-Win program eligibility and contingency payment authorization will be determined only by iKon Boats.
iKon Boats may make changes to the Winner-Win Contingency Program at any time.
Contingency eligibility starts upon receipt of payment by iKon. A notification will be sent via email confirming effective date of contingency eligibility.
